About Ganache and pistache

Well... what can I say ?

That I decided to turn my favourite hobby into my new job after moving from Paris to London a few years ago.
I've been incredibly lucky that Jocelyn Herland gave me the fantastic opportunity to train with Angelo Ercolano and their dream team at Alain Ducasse At the Dorchester.

After such an experience, I'm very excited to launch my own little business :       Ganache and Pistache.
