In French, it is called "Tarte aux pralines".

Coming from my beautiful hometown Lyon, pralines are almonds delicately coated in coloured sugar. Crushed and mixed with eggs and cream over an all-butter shortcrust pastry, they become a famous local dessert.


Enjoy this colourful tart for dessert of course, but also for tea and birthday parties. Kids love it!
