Fresh ingredients


I am only using the best and freshest ingredients to make delicious cakes, finger food or chocolats.

 I happily make every order from scratch in my kitchen in Fulham. 

All cakes, except Canelés, must be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within 24 hours. 


Allergies & Diets

Let me know of any food allergy or special diet, so that I can try and get round it, as I take it very seriously.

I do my best to avoid cross contamination, but as all my cakes are baked in the same kitchen , I cannot guarantee the absence of allergens, such as gluten, lactose, eggs and nuts.


Vegan cakes can also be prepared.

Orders & Last minute

I usually ask orders to be placed 72 to 48 hours in advance, depending of the cakes.

However, if you need a "last minute cake", give me a call and I'll do my best to bake your favourite !

Food & Safety

I was very happy to be given 5 stars after all my Food & Safety inspections.


If you can't pick up your order, I can organise a delivery at extra cost with Uber. 

Pastry & Me

After a career as a pharmacist in Paris, I moved to London and decided to turn my favourite hobby into my new job.

I've been incredibly lucky that Jocelyn Herland, then Executive Chief at Alain Ducasse At the Dorchester, gave me the fantastic opportunity to train with his dream team.

Ganache & Pistache was born !
