Our products are made from scratch for each order. They should be kept in the fridge after collection/delivery and consumed within 24 hours, except Canelés and chocolates.
Our responsability should not be engaged in case of non respect of the preservation conditions.
Our kitchen handles gluten, lactose, eggs and nuts. Allergens are notified for each product.
We do our best to avoid cross contamination but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
Therefore we do not accept liability for any damage of health or distress caused by our products.
The images on the website are not contractual.
Decoration may change.
Orders can be paid by cash or bank transfer.
The prices are quoted on the website.
They can be modified at any time.
Delivery : we use Uber. Delivery cost is not included in the price.
This cost (depending on the delivery address) will be added to the cake's price and paid by bank transfer.
The products will be at your risk from the time you collect them or we deliver them to you.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must do it 48 hours in advance by email (email@example.com) or by phone (07748983002). We will do our best to accomodate you. This doesn't apply to bespoke orders.
